Last week we had the great pleasure of having Petter Haglund, PhD student in construction and logistics from Linköpings University, at our office in Stockholm!
“Logistics strategies for construction entrepreneurs”
Petter talked about challenges from a logistics perspective and the importance of having a logistics strategy that is used and communicated throughout the company. The shortage of logistics professionals in comparison to buyers, is one of the big challenges in the construction industry today.
His advice to construction companies? Focus on developing expertise in logistics and start with smaller projects!
