With roots in the Swedish timber trade going back more than a century, AB Karl Hedin's building materials business has grown into a network of 50+ branches spread across central and northern Sweden. 🚀 AB Karl Hedin has now rolled out Alrik's platform across its business. But what makes their setup stand out is how they organise transport.

Instead of every branch running its own transport operations in isolation, AB Karl Hedin groups its branches into regional clusters. Each cluster plans and coordinates deliveries on behalf of the branches within it — pooling volumes, sharing capacity and coordinating routes across multiple stores rather than store by store.
