Real-time vehicle availability
Just as you can see what your drivers are doing, you can now track which vehicles are in use and which are available. This makes daily planning faster and helps you respond quickly when priorities change.
Better emissions data across your organisation
By recording fuel type, consumption rates, and vehicle specifications, you'll collect more accurate CO2 data for your entire operation. This gives you the foundation for meaningful emissions reductions and reliable sustainability reporting.

Add cargo capacity, fuel type and consumption, crane capabilities, and all the technical details that matter. These specifications appear when you're planning tours, so you can confidently assign the right truck to each job.
Getting started is simple
We've already done the groundwork for you. Navigate to "Manage fleet" from the Fleet planner menu, scroll down to "My Vehicles," and you'll find we've created one vehicle entry for each registered driver in your fleet. This means you can start configuring your vehicles immediately without manual setup.
Click on any existing vehicle to add its specifications, or use the "Add Vehicle" button to expand your fleet. A simple form lets you enter everything from dimensions to crane specifications in one place.
